Our August Yard of the Month is the home of Josh and Celeste Pulis. They and their kids have been on Franklin for just over a year. Celeste grew up on Bonnywood. Do I see a trend here? Is it in the water or is it that people who were raised here are drawn by some inexplicable force known as "THE KIESTWOOD EFFECT"?
There is something about 1/4 acre lots, brick homes, no noise, great neighbors.........................
